Scholarship Application

Our Scholarship application can either be completed on paper or via our online form.   All submissions must be received by April 30, 2019!

  • Applicants must have attended Peck Elementary for a minimum of 3 years to be eligible for our scholarships.
  • Please submit a written essay to describe why you feel you deserve this scholarship and/or how Peck Elementary and/or serving your community has helped prepare you for your future career. (minimum 1 paragraph, maximum 500 words) List any or include in your essay any of the following information:  Give any information that shows your career interests such as: work experience, volunteering, outside courses, etc.  Honors and Awards  School Activities  Community Service  Leadership  Hobbies  Special Interests  Employment
  • Any other information you want the committee to have about you or your goals for the future. Please keep in mind that PTA is a volunteer group so your volunteer experiences can really set you apart.
  • Please upload a Copy of the STUDENT'S PTA/PTSA Membership Card for the current school year. Please note: the STUDENT must be a member of the PTA/PTSA. Applications will not be reviewed if the student is not a current PTA/PTSA Member.
